I noticed that HP provides a rather old 17.7 driver package for the GPU, this version is over a year old. 3.5 GHz (4 cores) 831 AMD Ryzen 5 3550H. The more affordable Raven Ridge silicon is the £90/$100 Ryzen 3 2200G. Summit Ridge were the first Ryzen processors (Ryzen 5 1600 for example).
